- Written by Portal Editor
As already announced, in the coming days and publications we want to point out important, technical and innovative innovations from the various exhibitors and suppliers during the Düsseldorf Caravan Salon, which will soon open its doors!
For better clarity, we continue with the companies starting with letters E to I, then we continue with the subsequent letters. For all companies mentioned, the hall and stand numbers are also included.
E&P Hydraulics, Hall 14/A03
The ALKO subsidiary is presenting a new Level-Van jack system specifically for vans at the CARAVAN SALON 2024. Four hydraulic jacks extend at the push of a button and automatically bring the campervan into a horizontal position. The system is said to weigh less than 50 kilograms and ensures stability when used as a residential vehicle.
Eriba, Hall 6/B07
The Eriba brand from the Hymer Group has announced a new model of its Eriba Car camper vans for the CARAVAN SALON. The Eriba Car 602 on the latest VW Crafter is said to have a large rear seating group that can be converted into lengthwise single beds.
Eriba is also adding three new models to its Touring caravan series: the 620 with a large seating group that can be converted into a double bed, the 630 with a transverse double bed in the rear and the 642 with a lengthwise double bed in the rear.
Eura Mobil, Hall 10/C43
The motorhome manufacturer from Rheinhessen is laying the foundation for its fully integrated luxury motorhomes on Mercedes Benz Sprinters with the new Integra Line GT series. The two models GT 726 EF and GT 726 QF differ in the design of the bedroom with longitudinal single beds (EF) and a queen-size bed (QF). The large bathroom in front of it, the compact kitchen block with a refrigerator opposite and separate freezer and the large face-to-face seating group in the front of the vehicle are identical.
The Eura Mobil Van series will be launched in the 2025 season with three updated models ranging in length from 5.99 to 6.36 meters. The basis is the new Fiat Ducato with the most modern Euro 6 engines with 103 kW (140 hp), Ad Blue and soot particle filter. The more powerful 132 kW (180 hp) engine and the 8-speed automatic transmission are also available on request. Two driver assistance packages include emergency braking and lane departure warning, rain and light sensor, traffic sign recognition, automatic dimming, fog lights with cornering lights, full LED headlights and adaptive cruise control.
E-Trailer, Hall 13/F90
At the CARAVAN SALON 2024 in Düsseldorf, E-Trailer is presenting the new E-Movement module and the revised E-Switch module in Hall 13, Stand F 90. Both sensor modules extend the E-Trailer system to include burglary and theft protection. Together with the E-Track&Trace GPS tracking system, the E-Trailer system now has comprehensive security applications that protect against theft of the entire vehicle and against break-ins into the vehicle.
Etrusco, Hall 6/A01
The Italian manufacturer of inexpensive mobile homes from the Hymer Group is presenting the T Base 6.9 SB, a new entry-level model of its semi-integrated models. Simple and functional, it is intended to appeal primarily to price-conscious buyers. The Italians, on the other hand, have given their campervans more comfort in the two models of the CV Plus series. A combined bathroom with a swivel wall shower and an additional skylight above the windshield increase the living value here.
Fendt Caravan, Hall 9/B37
Fendt Caravan is giving its luxury Diamant series a new touch at the CARAVAN SALON 2024. Three models allow couples in particular to indulge in a noble living ambience. Warm, dark wood tones contrast with white high-gloss flaps. Chrome-plated ornamentation is largely dispensed with. This exudes a touch of nobility.
Fendt is also adding the 495 SFE model to its Bianco Activ series. Its special feature is a corner kitchen in the middle section of the two-person floor plan.
Fleurette, Hall 16/B44
For the first time, the French manufacturer is building a motorhome based on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter. The Elister series consists of two partially integrated floor plans, which differ in terms of lengthwise single beds or queen-size beds in the rear. Both also have a fold-down bed above the seating area and numerous Sprinter assistance systems as standard.
Forster, Hall 10/C25
Forster is launching the new Coupé series based on the Ford Transit at the CARAVAN SALON 2024. Three partially integrated floor plans between six meters and 6.70 meters in length are aimed primarily at couples who are looking for compact, practical and at the same time relatively inexpensive motorhomes.
In addition, Forster is presenting the V 599 VB5 Flip, another converted van based on the new Fiat Ducato. Thanks to the pop-up roof and two bunk beds in the rear, four people can sleep in the almost six-meter-long model.
Frankia, Hall 17/A20
With the new Now 7.0 L, the motorhome manufacturer from Franconia is presenting a new model that will mark the start of a new series. Frankia is moving away from the tried and tested classic style and towards a fresher, more youthful interior design. The 7.05 metre long semi-integrated vehicle based on the Fiat Ducato has lengthways single beds in the rear.
Giottiline, Hall 11/D27
The Italian manufacturer Giottiline is renewing its entire Siena series with ten floor plans made up of semi-integrated and alcove models. Giottiline offers customers the choice of Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Jumper or Fiat Ducato as the base vehicle.
Greenlander, Hall 10/D55
The Greenlander brand is represented at the CARAVAN SALON for the first time. The company from Bremen, which has a background in boat building, uses natural fiber composites instead of GRP to construct its Sherpa expedition vehicle. An Iveco Daily 4x4 serves as the basis. Greenlander also consistently ensures that the components used have a slim CO2 footprint when it comes to interior fittings.
Hymer, Hall 6/B07
The traditional manufacturer from Bad Waldsee has announced a new edition of its ML-T and Grand Canyon S series in the Crossover Edition with all-wheel drive for the CARAVAN SALON. Two floor plans for the partially integrated ML-T and two for the converted Grand Canyon S panel van are being upgraded with new equipment and interior.
Itineo, Hall 16/D19
With the Cozi PS 740, the Itineo brand, which belongs to the Trigano Group, is showing a new model with a queen-size bed in the rear. The new Peugeot Boxer serves as the basis.
The fully integrated SBD-700 motorhome is also new. At seven meters long, it has space for a family of six. The sleeping areas are bunk beds in the rear, a fold-down bed above the driver's cab seats and a seating area that can be converted into a double bed.
Iveco, Hall 16/D46
The new Iveco Daily, which was presented at the beginning of 2024, will be presented to the caravanning public for the first time at the CARAVAN SALON 2024. Iveco is placing a cockpit geared towards the driver and a whole host of digital extras in the new Daily that were not available before. For example, the optional ten-inch infotainment system with Apple Carplay, Android Auto and the IVECO Driver Pal voice assistant. Iveco has also upgraded its assistance systems with a traffic jam assistant, active lane keeping assistant and an intelligent cruise control with traffic sign recognition. Also available is a blind spot and exit warning system that even detects cyclists.
