Warm apple crumble, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream

If, despite the corona-related visitors restriction, a welcome colleague surprisingly announces himself as a stopover on his journey and also speaks of his feeling of hunger, who, next to it, is also a well-known, true apple fan, you should of course treat him with hospitality.
So how good when at least a basic stock of apples is available and you still have a few minutes before your friend arrives. So quickly get into the kitchen, quickly peeled a few apples, cored and cut into pieces of about 1 centimeter in size. Then put the cut apples in a large bowl, drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown too quickly, pour a pack of vanilla sugar on top and a little cinnamon covering it and then mix, the basic stock is ready.
Preheat the oven if you need to
And then it's time to manufacture the crumble. Typically english German, why crumble? Sounds good? You could also just say streusel. But well, it should taste good later.
Fireproof baking pan, bowls or cups
Now slide it into the hot oven and the colleague with his sweet tooth can come. Just a few minutes have passed so far.
