Camlica Tower is also known as Camlica Television and Radio Tower. It is a well-known landmark in Istanbul, Türkiye. The height of the tower is 369 meters.
However, it is considered the tallest tower in Istanbul and one of the tallest structures in the world. The Camlica Tower was built with the primary aim of improving Istanbul's television and radio broadcasting capabilities. However, the Camlica TV Tower is set to become a new icon in Istanbul. The tower is intended to cover dozens of rough and ugly communications towers around the Camlica Hills.
360 degree view: The Camlica Tower houses the Camlica observation deck. Hopefully it offers the best perspective of Istanbul. From a height of 400 meters, the tower offers a complete 360 degree view. After all, it has 49 floors, each 4.5 meters high, and four basement floors. The “Camlica” Tower (the most beautiful) was built as a stunning new landmark in Istanbul. If you want to visit the Camlica Tower observation deck, you need to take a flight to Istanbul. You can then go to the entrance of the tower and collect your ticket at reception. Locals pay 60 TL ($6.9) for full-price tickets, while international visitors pay 120 TL. However, you may also get a discounted ticket for 30 TL. There is also the Express Pass available, which allows tourists to skip the queues and costs 100 TL for residents and 200 TL for foreigners. The tower is open to the public Monday to Saturday (10 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and closed on Sundays. Also note that the tower may be closed on certain holidays.
