In 2022, Jörg again invited to the meeting of the bicycle caravan fans in Wunschendorf near Gera. Since we ourselves were busy at the time of the meeting at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, we asked our friend Moritz Hillebrand (Mobee Osnabrück) to take part in the event, not without the background of further experience in terms of traveling by e-bike and caravan trailer by train to collect.

After exploring the Longdendale Trail in sections along the reservoirs and at the Woodhead tunnels by e-bike, we were drawn to the high plains of this part of the Pennines, also known as the backbone of England.

Now we had covered a first section of the Longdendale Trail, we had reached the Woodhead Tunnel via EBike between the gentle slopes of the Shelf Moors and the reservoirs.

After our friend Paul's visit, we drove to Glossop campsite and had our equipment ready to spend the afternoon on the Longdendale Trail.

Not just long trips for many days or in distant regions, a short trip with the B-Turtle is really funny, too. So if there is only an extended weekend, you can visit interesting destinations in the combination of transport, even in neighboring countries.

After heavy rain showers of the last days there was something like blue sky and sunshine once again and thus weather conditions for a bicycle tour given.

After our days in Venice and on Lake Garda, the next stop for several days was the ancient Roman city of Aquileia and its surroundings in the Italian province of Udine as a starting point.
