As the name of the camper fair in Warsaw suggests, the wide range of camping vehicles and the associated equipment should no longer be the sole focus here.

f.re.e is Bavaria's largest travel and leisure fair. Since 1970 it has been offering inspiration, information and the right equipment for your travels and leisure activities. Using the example of some pictures from the manufacturer Kuckoo, we would like to document the innovative development in the camping industry.

Especially on the road in Hamburg, there was also the opportunity to include the Hamburger Motorradtage, HMT for short, at the local exhibition center in our visit program.

The Binnenalster is Hamburg's gem and is always worth a trip, whether on foot, by car or by Alster steamer, although it's actually not a lake.

We continued our visit to various fishing locations on the North Sea and continued to Neuharlingersiel, which, apart from Greetsiel, is probably the only real fishing port, at least that is the first impression when looking into the port.

A few centuries ago, where Harlesiel is today, there was a foothills of the North Sea. Anyone who, like us and a few others, is not afraid of the rainy storm and high water on the North Sea could find out here what wind speeds actually mean.

Despite heavy storms and sometimes heavy downpours, we wanted to use our presence on the North Sea to visit the old fishing ports of Carolinensiel, Harlesiel and Neuharlingersiel.

We had heard several times about the Geiseltalsee, an opencast mining lake in southern Saxony-Anhalt, which is one of the largest artificial lakes in Europe. Now, finally, a visit to the lake should take place.

The fishing village of Rewa is located in former West Prussia, on the Zatoka Pucka (Putziger Wiek), about nine kilometres north-east of the town of Rumia (Rahmel), we have already reported several times.

As a tourist attraction and environmentally friendly transport connection to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the Koblenz cable car was built as part of the 2011 Federal Horticultural Show, which is also known as the Buga cable car.

We had taken the cable car to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress above Koblenz and after an extensive tour of the fortifications (report will follow) we discovered the viewing platform on the Deutsches Eck.

On the northern edge of the Harz Mountains lies the 1000-year-old imperial city of Goslar, the destination of today's bike tour. Of course, another visit will follow, today we first have to find a suitable cycle route (we will report separately on Goslar).

The Haus.Bau.Ambiente. will take place for the 21st time this year from November 4th to 6th, 2022 at Messe Erfurt.

It has just ended, the Reisen & Caravan Fair, which took place this year from October 28th to October 31st, 2022 at the Erfurt Exhibition Centre. REISEN & CARAVAN is the largest trade fair for tourism, motorhomes and caravans in Thuringia.

From Clausthal-Zellerfeld we drove to Altenau for a short visit to friends and once again took advantage of the wonderful autumn weather for a short walk in the surrounding area, knowing full well that there is a circular hiking trail around the village.

The so-called Baden Wine Route, which leads past a colourful variety of sights, begins in Weil am Rhein. The Black Forest, the Rhine Valley as well as Lörrach and the Swiss city of Basel are in the immediate vicinity, and all destinations can be easily reached on the excellently developed cycle paths.

Visiting the family in their holiday home enabled us to spend a few days by the sea, so it was finally possible for us to visit the popular Callantsoog in the province of North Holland, which is now a popular holiday destination for Dutch and German tourists.

The special location of Messe Friedrichshafen in the four-country region of Lake Constance, combined with the high purchasing power of the catchment area, was also able to appeal to us, so that we spent a few days at the trade fair in Friedrichshafen both as exhibitors and as interested customers.

Even in ancient times, ceramic vessels were painted with colors and covered with glazes. After the invention of porcelain in China, the porcelain parts were also artistically painted.

Downtown. Classic city tour through Dresden's old town with Zwinger, Semperoper, Residenzschloss, Fürstenzug, Stallhof, Neumarkt and Frauenkirche. We crossed the Marienbrücke over the Elbe into Große Meißner Straße in the direction of Neustadt, where we immediately found a parking space.
